Today, I decided to pick up a bottle of Sambazon Acai Capsules at my local health food store (I promote a different brand on my website, but it was an impluse buy). The dosage on the bottle per serving is 1000mg, which consists of two capsules (500mg per capsule). The bottle says to take 2-4 capsules/day so this would be between 1000mg - 2000mg per day. While I fully trust Sambazon, I wanted to check to see if there is any credible information on the web discussing the recommended dosage of acai berry extract/capsules. Keep reading…
Today, I was walking around Publix (it is a large grocery store chain mainly in Florida). As I walked past the juice aisle, a bright purple and green bottle was staring me in the face. This bottle was none other than the highly coveted acai berry juice made by Sambazon. For someone like myself who promotes acai berry extracts, it’s embarrasing that I have never even tried the juice before. Today was going to be that day. Keep reading…

It has always been known that some of the healthiest things for your body come straight from nature and this seems to be proven with acai berries. For those who have heard of acai berries but don’t know what they are, here is a little primer. The acai berry is a small dark purplish round berry that looks kind of like a grape, but only smaller.
