Recently, the Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) issued a warning on acai berry free trial offers that have been heavily promoted by companies across the internet.  These promotions offer free trials of acai berry products and initially charge consumers the cost of shipping and handling.  The BBB has warned that some of these companies are making it difficult for consumers to cancel the free trial offers, charging consumers for products that they did not order, and misleading the consumer to believe that celebrities such as Oprah are endorsing these products.  While not all of these companies are engaging Keep reading…
